2025 Cider Apple Juice, English Blend, Willamette Valley
Each pail includes five and quarter gallons of raw apple juice. Product will arrive partially frozen.

This pail is comprised of juice from heirloom apples that were specifically grown for making adult cider. This blend is primarily Yarlington Mill, Jersey Chisel with some Porters Perfection and Kingston Black thrown in for good measure. Also this year we did something wild and made 1/3 of the blend Wicksons Crab, which is a little cherry sized apple with big flavor and tannin.
