$22–$45 / pail
Typical shared shipping cost, in addition to the bulk fruit price. Your destination and how full the pallet is determine the final rate.
Weekday pickup
Most shipments go to a local freight warehouse; some go to a participating business. Typical warehouse hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m., with no weekend pickup.
Within two days
These are frozen grapes going to a dry, non-refrigerated warehouse. Pick up within two days of arrival—the sooner the better.

Does my own order have to be 20 pails?
No. The target is 20 pails across the group. You can request one or more pails and mix varieties.
What happens when a city reaches 20?
We coordinate the shipment and confirm the schedule, pickup location, and final costs. Reaching the target does not mean a truck is already booked.
How does Portland pickup work?
Portland pickup is available year-round and doesn’t need a 20-pail group. Send your request so we can confirm pricing and arrange a pickup time.
When does my order appear in the city total?
After we review it and add it to our order list. City totals include tentative reservations. Signups for updates and unreviewed requests don’t increase the counter. Your request is saved for review; payment and fulfillment are arranged separately.
