We jumped at the opportunity to source this certified organic Chardonnay. The climate and soils of the Columbia Valley produce Chardonnay with intense fruit flavors. This fruit from this vineyard benefited from the well-drained soils and long hours of sunshine; developing vibrant, tropical fruit flavors.
We recommend skipping malolactic fermentation to preserve the nice round fruit flavors and mouthfeel this Chardonnay can offer to produce an early drinking and approachable wine.
