Red Must Ingredient Kit

Ingredients for making wine with our red must pails.

Please purchase one kit per grape pail.

Includes:

1. Tartaric Acid (if needed): Based on our lab’s numbers, we include enough tartaric to balance the pH of your wine. There is some variation of chemistry from pail to pail, so we encourage you to take your own measurements and adjust accordingly.

2. 5 grams Yeast: We will provide you with best yeast strain for the grape varietal.

3. 5 grams Go-Ferm: Yeast rehydration nutrient used to start your yeast.

4. 5 grams Fermaid O: Yeast nutrient for primary fermentation

5. 5 grams Opti-Red: Yeast nutrient for color stability in red wines.

6. 20 grams oak cubes/chips (included for red must varietals and Chardonnay only): We include the best oak selection from Oak Solutions Group.

7. 7 grams FT Rouge Tannin (included for red must varietals only): Fermentation tannin to improve body and color stability.
