Napa Valley, Calistoga AVA
Harvested 9/14/2015 Brix: 25.9, pH : 4.05, TA: .37
These 18 year old vines were planted with cuttings from the nearby Three Palms Vineyard. The property lies in the north eastern corner of the Napa Valley and features Sutter Sandy Loam soils. The fruit yields a ripe, extracted wine that can be bottled as 100% varietal or be used to take your Bordeaux blend to the next level. This vineyard only produces a few tons a year so quantities are limited.
