Harvested 9/12/2014 Brix: 24.5, pH :3.95, TA: .39
These 18 year old vines were planted with cuttings from the nearby Three Palms Vineyard. The property lies in the north eastern corner of the Napa Valley and features the rare Sutter Sandy loam soils on white white gravel. The fruit yields a ripe, extracted wine that can be bottled as 100% varietal or be used to take your bordeaux blend to the next level. We are only able to source a single ton of this fruit with the rest of the vineyard going to the Charles Krug and Dutch Henry wineries.
